A CLEAR PATH TO YOUR FIRST CHECK-IN

A few thoughtful settings.
A more watchful store.

Here’s the setup workflow we’re building for launch. Choose what to watch, make sure notifications arrive, and establish the first baseline before relying on your lookout.

01

Connect the store you want to watch.

When the app becomes available, connect it through Shopify and authorize read-only access to orders, products, inventory, and locations. Work inside the embedded Shopify app.

Understand data access ↗
  • Confirm the store connection
  • Set your store timezone
02

Choose what matters to your team.

Select operations, catalog, or both. Start with Balanced operations, High-volume fulfillment, or Low-noise essentials, then review the enabled rules and thresholds.

Explore rules and templates ↗
  • Review enabled-rule plan limits
  • Add thresholds and exceptions
  • Enable catalog-change rules if needed
03

Give the alerts somewhere to go.

Add an email, Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, or HTTPS webhook destination. Send a test notification before depending on it, then choose per-rule routing and quiet hours.

See supported integrations ↗
  • Create a destination
  • Verify a test delivery
  • Choose reminder and resolution settings
04

Build your first picture of the store.

Request a full synchronization. The app tracks synchronization status for orders, products, product variants, and inventory. Catalog observations establish a starting baseline.

How catalog baselines work ↗
  • Review synchronization checkpoints
  • Check the chosen plan is active
  • Finish the onboarding checklist
05

Make the inbox part of your routine.

Triage new incidents, assign work, leave notes, and snooze what is being handled. Daily and weekly summaries can bring the wider picture back to your team.

Explore the alert workflow ↗
  • Review open incidents
  • Check sync and delivery health
  • Tune rules as you learn

Keep the connection in view.

The connection page shows synchronization checkpoints, recent webhook activity, failures, and destination health. Request a full sync or retry a specific resource group when you need a fresh view.
