Removed product images
Detect a decrease in a product’s image count, including when all images disappear. Keep the previous and current counts in the alert.
Products going offline
Flag products that were published to the Online Store and then become unpublished or inactive.
Active variants missing an SKU
Find active product variants with a blank SKU. This rule is grouped under operations in the app, and helps with everyday catalog housekeeping.
Review and accept a change
Resolve a catalog-change alert to accept what you reviewed as the new baseline. Later changes can still trigger new incidents.
Keep the evidence in view
Catalog-change alerts preserve the relevant before-and-after values and link to Shopify Admin. Restoring images or publication state can clear the incident automatically.

Choose catalog monitoring
Enable the catalog rules individually or apply a template for catalog monitoring or both monitoring areas. Catalog-change rules start disabled.

Record the baseline
Run a full sync, or synchronize products and product variants. Initial observations establish a baseline without creating change alerts.

Review the next change
Compare the evidence, fix the item in Shopify or accept the change, and keep monitoring for future incidents.

A little context.
- Price checks cover variant base prices in the store’s default currency, not discounts, checkout prices, or market-specific prices.
- Image checks compare counts. Replacing an image while keeping the same count is not detected.
- Publication monitoring covers the Online Store, not every sales channel.
- This is not a complete edit log or rollback tool. Changes that revert between observations may be missed.
