FAQs
Get to know your store’s next lookout.
Not yet. Store Lookout is in development for Shopify. We’re preparing the app for an early launch; the examples on this page are illustrative, not live store data.
Choose operations, catalog changes, or both. Configure thresholds by rule and location, mute rules you don’t need, and add exceptions for the cases your team already knows about.
The monitoring integration uses read-only Shopify access. It checks orders, products, inventory, and locations; it does not edit your catalog, adjust stock, or fulfill orders.
Repeated detections are grouped into the same incident. Your team can acknowledge, assign, snooze, and resolve alerts. Quiet hours, reminder settings, and per-rule destinations help control the noise.
The app combines Shopify webhooks with periodic reconciliation. Detection depends on webhook delivery and the rule’s check schedule. It is not a complete change log and may miss changes that revert between checks.
Launch pricing will be announced before the app becomes available. We’re building for small merchant teams and will make plan limits clear before you choose a plan.
